Blue Flag Beaches

The Blue Flag is generally considered the highest award given for UK beaches. In order to quality, a beach has to meet a strict criteria that ensures it is clean and well managed. The South West is fortunate in having many blue-flag beaches. The table below lists those beaches on the South West Coast path that hold a blue flag for 2004, along with a link (where available), to the walk(s) that pass the beach.
